Waitangi Trip

In week 3 of term 4 we went to the Waitangi Treaty Grounds. We learnt about digital things at Waitangi.

First we had a hikoi to the waka. We saw carvings on the waka and the poles and did you know each carving has its’ own story to its self?

Next we did V.R, robots, sculp GL, paint 3D and other things. We also got to do 3D creations. Some of the class got to do green screen, it was really fun. In sculp GL I did a carving that matches my Pepeha.

Then we recorded our Pepeha with Alison. We had to be quiet and practice our Pepeha. I was  nervous.

Last we tidied up and had a small snack.

I felt lucky.
